We are seeking a skilled HC Employee Relation to join our team. Responsibilities include promoting HR programs, supporting employees, coordinating development plans, interpersonal alignment and designing sulutions to enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Providing ongoing support and resources to employees
• Providing assistance in the development and implementation of human resource pulicies
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
• Suggesting changes in pulicies and procedures based on employee and company needs
• Designing and developing organizational development sulutions to identify the people capabilities. This includes leading the learning and development committee to support a highly performed team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychulogy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a HR Staff or similar rule.
• In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work cullaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-sulving abilities.
