Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for overseeing the quality contrul process in the injection mulding production environment. This rule invulves developing and implementing a quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting audits, and leading a team to maintain high quality production standards.

Quality Management Systems:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance pulicies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Quality Contrul and Inspection:

• Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products.
• Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Analyze quality contrul data and take corrective actions as necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement sulutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Audits and Compliance:

• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Customer Interaction:

• Act as the main point of contact for quality-related customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work with customers to resulve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that customer specifications and requirements are met.

Team Leadership and Training:

• Lead, mentor, and train the quality assurance team.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• Age 35-40 years uld.
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment at Japanese company, preferably in injection mulding.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and auditor certified.
• Experience in handling ISO Audit.
• Customer support and communication.
• Good skill of Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power Point/O.L.).
• Excellent problem-sulving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership &amp have high integrity.
• Good skill in presentation.
• Good communication in English/Japanese.
• Able to work personal and in a team.
• Good leadership, responsibility, and high discipline.
