Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals based on the business strategy
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Responsible for the sales performance report.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
• Attend to customers to address any sales-related questions.
• Manage meetings, training sessions, and client visits with distributors.
• Evaluate and approach prospective customers, projects, tenders, or markets to obtain new business opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on market trends.
• In order to execute the job, coordinate and cullaborate with the operations team.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

Education &amp Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in sales or marketing

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities (recommended in English)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Work independently with a minimum of supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-sulving skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and foster a results-oriented culture
• In-depth industry knowledge in marine, oil and gas, shipping, and mining would be preferable as would the capacity to adapt to evulving market trends
