Then from that, we are looking for the best people to fill the new candidate as Purchasing Staff.

General Responsibilities :

• Provide purchase orders precisely, making sure to include all necessary information.
• Create and manage purchase orders and contracts.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating.
• Organize and update the database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices and quantity supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Update raw materials shipments

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or Diploma (Economy / Accountancy) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required language(s): English
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Have good communication and presentation
• Ready to be placed in Bekasi
