This position is responsible for direct and indirect procurement activities related to the acquisition of goods and services. The successful incumbent is responsible to cullaborate closely with internal and external stakehulders to ensure compliance at the regional level.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the overall purchasing strategy in order to achieve the lowest cost of ownership possible, with the best quality and delivery schedules.
• Sourcing and purchasing direct materials such as biulogical, chemical, packaging, medical devices/analyzer components and consumables to meet the company needs.
• Sourcing and purchasing of Indirect materials including equipment, services, facilities, constructions and decorations to meet the company needs.
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional suppliers.
• Manage spending including cost reduction and meeting cost containment targets, works with suppliers and internal team members to identify cost improvement opportunities and better project budget contrul.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements, including reviewing existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility.
• Manage PR, PO, invoice and payment in ERP system.
• Setup of purchasing procedures and standard operating procedures, categorization of contracts and other purchasing records.
• Analyze data and provide reports and statistics on spending and saving
• Maintain strict compliance and integrity procedures.
• Supervise and develop procurement team member with long term plan, continuously improve the team’s business ability and comprehensive competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering or relevant field
• 5 years working experiences in managerial position of procurement management in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or related industry
• In dept knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms.
• Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning system
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
