PT Kita Bumi Global (Kibumi) was selected by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to conduct 3RproMar’s Pilot Project “Integrated Private Sector Initiatives to Prevent Waste and Optimize Plastic Material Cycles” in Indonesia. The primary goal of this project is to implement an integrated plastic collection-segregation-recycling with an EPR approach that bridges the gap between plastic stakeholders and informal sectors.
Kibumi together with Parongpong Recycle and Waste Lab and SALS GROUP INDONESIA will deliver this pilot project collectively under the Circular Consortium throughout 2023.
Potential collaboration for the success of this project is open to: (1) producers using plastic, metal, glass packaging, (2) nation-wide or local retailers, (3) hotels, restaurants or other service providers, or (4) other related parties.
