Job Description:

The Export Import Staff with Purchasing Responsibilities will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of international trade operations and procurement processes. This rule invulves handling export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for purchasing raw materials, creating and managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Export and Import:

• Handle all export and import documentation and procedures.
• Communication with overseas customers.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and requirements.
• Track shipments and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports on logistics activities.

Purchasing:

• Identify and procure raw materials required for production.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor and contrul the purchasing process from order to delivery.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and prices.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in export/import and purchasing rules.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
