• Develop comprehensive production schedules with a high degree of precision, considering resource availability, demand forecasts, and operational constraints.
• Utilize advanced methodulogies to calculate capacity requirements, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficient production processes.
• Determine staffing needs based on production schedules, skill requirements, and operational demands, and coordinate recruitment or allocation of manpower accordingly.
• Foster effective cullaboration between planning, development, and engineering teams to align production plans with organizational objectives and market demands.
• Assume a leadership rule in line planning production, guiding teams to execute production plans efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum diploma with a relevant educational background, preferably in manufacturing or production planning.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for candidates with experience in Production, Planning, Inventory Contrul (PPIC).
• Proficiency in production planning methods and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to accurately forecast loading and optimize production schedules.
• Sound understanding of management operations and the ability to implement production technulogies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic production environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions independently, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
