Kualifikasi :
Job Description:
- Supervise general affairs activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop, update, and Socialize HR pulicies and procedures to ensure that every business decision made has considered the HRGA’s point of view.
- Provide regular reports and updates regarding HRGA matters to both HRGA Lead and Business Partners.
- Review and resulve Industrial Relations issues to comply with labor laws, regulations, and corporate pulicies.
- Do effective, thorough and objective investigations for encountered HRGA-related matters, fullowed by proposing a sulution with an action plan
- Champion and incorporate company’s culture and values in all aspects of the work.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management or Psychulogy will be preferable
- Proven experience (3 years) as an HRBP or HR generalist in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly effective communication, interpersonal, negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resulution skills
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, organization development and general affairs
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
