Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or higher degree
• Have relevant experience of 5 – 6 years in the same field
• Excellent skills in MS office especially in MS Excel with thorough knowledge on Excel functions and formulas
• Familiar with SAP
• Willing to work in Karawang
• Willing to work on Saturday

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Imported vendors well in advance as per forecast and lead times for procurement of raw material.
• Liaise with Purchase, Warehouse, and Production team to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinating with Vendor for cullecting all necessary document to create code registration in SAP
• Contrul of inventory days and value for raw material within the target of inventory days.
• Stock taking in regular intervals to avoid stock variation between physical and system stock
• Daily monitoring of Coverage days and ensuring no shortages of RMPM to avoid any production losses.
• Publishing daily, weekly and monthly reports like coverage days report, RMPM inventory days Sourcing savings and RMPM provisions reports
• Raise PO’s as per requirement and ensure proper documentation and filing of records.
• Monitor RM unloading and ensure proper quality and quantity of RM as per PO.
• Coordination with R&ampD department and vendors to develop alternate RM as part of sourcing saving.
• Support to R&ampD team in arranging new raw material for developing new formulas as part of formula Efficiency saving.
• Coordinate with Finance team for timely payment to the vendors as per agreed payment terms.
