BCA Life is looking for a highly motivated talent with a positive attitude and critical thinking to take the position of HC Reward &amp System Officer.

Here are the challenges you must handle:

• Responsible for end to end of medium enterprise payrull process
• Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR sulution to sulve their issues
• Maintain updated employee’s database, document, and personal records
• Review and update procedures and pulicies related to Human Capital Operations
• Continually work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation.
• Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, pulicies, and programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum possess a bachelor’s degree from any engineering background
• At least 3 years of experience in Payrull and HC Operations.
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and offboarding)
• Having experience in Industrial Relations would be an advantage
• High level of confidentiality and ethic
• Detail and goal oriented, furthermore excited at numbers and administrative data
• Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
