Job Description :

• Calculate Payrull, &amp Issurance.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with store protoculs, product knowledge, and brand values.
• Provide HR support for employee issues, including employee relations, conflict resulution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company pulicies and applicable laws.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Plan, synergize, provide direction and evaluate existing company pulicies and regulations so that they are in line with regulations/legislation.
• Able to create SOPs and establish KPIs and monitor employee.
• Help to identify training needs through regular consultation with operations management, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
• Prepare reports related to work carried out such as absenteeism reports, overtime recaps, promotions, treatment and employee turnover.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from Psychulogy, Law.
• Have minimum 4 years experience in Human Resource field.
• Have experience on handling Organizational Development, People Development, SOP &amp KPI.
• Can join as soon as possible.
• Good communication in English is a must.
