Kualifikasi :
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Experience in community management and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of the kitchenware or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop unique and engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cullaborative team.
- Willing to be relocated to Cikarang Pusat (WFO 100%).
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Manage and maintain the brand’s official website and social media accounts.
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments and messages promptly and engaging with fullowers.
- Manage social media groups and community forums to foster positive brand relationships.
- Organize and manage online and offline community events to boost brand engagement.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Offline Sales Support:
- Cullaborate with the sales team to support offline orders and promotional activities.
- Assist in coordinating events and promotions to drive offline sales.
