Jobdesc:

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot HR System based on business needs and requirements
• Coordinate with respective stakehulders to help translate the business needs and requiremens into technical configuration in system
• Dealing with client issue and delivering best option sulution
• Create, manage, and maintain all set-up and system configuration
• Execute testing procedure for all system configuration to serve the overall quality assurance process
• Provide documentation of all processes
• Deliver socialization and trainings for respective stakehulders as needed
• Have good proficiency in english

Specific Skills:

• Able to do web programming (PHP, Javascript, AJAX)
• Database programming (SQL Server)
• Python
• Power app, Power BI
• Good analytical and structured thinking
• Good communication skill
• Have good portfulio in digitalization
• Have internship experience as business analyst or related in HR System implementation is a plus

• Education Background : Sarjana (S1) Computer Science, information system, or equivalent
