Responsibilities:

• Manage operational online store including but not limited to Creating and maintaining store content ensuring all content is up to date and adding products to store categories.
• Optimize the usage of online platform marketing touls.
• Act as liaison officer to communicate all online store programs and needs with third-party marketplace Coordinate with other departments, Customer service, and Warehouse for better results.
• Manage and monitor the online store’s stock.
• Create a livestream strategy, sales report, and data analysis.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
• Monitor online customer feedback and act as a liaison with customers to work with or resulve customer or product situations.
• Set up and optimise additional online sales channels.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma III or above, major is not specified passionate in e-commerce or Internet industry development.
• Good communication, coordination, analysis and expression skills.
• Actively participate in the activities organized by the schoul, and have certain leadership and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Proactive, practical and obedient.
• High sense of integrity and commitment.
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang., KITIC area (WFO 100%)
