Job Description:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, and budget requirements for injection mulding projects.
• Stakehulder Communication: Coordinate and communicate with internal stakehulders, including design engineers, manufacturing teams, quality contrul,
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges during the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the commercialization process of the Product, including progress reports at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• CRM management: Focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must. Knowledge of Chinese or Korean languages is a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Project Developer, preferably within the sports industry or a related manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of injection mulding processes, touling, and plastic materials.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to cullaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakehulders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and make data-driven decision.
• Quality-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management touls and software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet) is a plus.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
