Responsible of MES (Manufacture Execution System), configure required changes on system derived from changes to the process, monitor and responsible for daily support, and assist MES users. Working closely with our customers to deliver sulutions, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve MES functionalities.

Job Description

• Responsible for MES applications development and maintenance using C# with .NET framework and SQL/Oracle/Tibero database.
• Responsible for Process Automation and MES Contrul, supporting production and quality contrul operations.
• Ensure process automation and contrul system sulutions meet all safety, quality, and reliability of MES operations.
• Cullaborate with other divisions like (Maintenance, Production, Quality Contrul) to support automation &amp integration into MES plant floor.
• Ensures Process Automation and MES system software and hardware at appropriate revision levels.
• Responsible for software change management and version contrul of production instance.
• Maintains site-specific systems and sulution documentation.
• Owns process contrul systems disaster recovery planning, ensuring that business continuity plans are in place.
• Facilitates productive working relationships with process contrul integrators and other key automation vendors.
• Always providing outstanding yet simple customer-oriented sulution idea, able to turn the idea into a plan, and the most important is to be able executing the plan into realization then deploy it in the production instance.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering, Engineering, or other closely related major.
• Advanced English level (FLUENT both oral and written).

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Have a Project and/or improvement in coding and can explain the business process flow of the project/improvement.

Skill and Knowledge

• Customer orientation (“Client is the next process”).
• Programming Languages: C# .NET is a must Java, JSP, Spring Boot, C / C++ background will be an advantage.
• Has knowledge/experience about CI/CD, Docker, Kubernates (will be a plus)
• Database: SQL, ORACLE, TIBERO.
• Have knowledge of MES.
• Experience working in the car manufacturing industry using support systems and manufacturing implementation systems will be preferred.
• Willingness to do more and willingness to learn.
• Target and detail oriented.
• Able to communicate IDEA and have good communication skills.
• Highly motivated, highly initiative, high curiosity, and self-driven.
• Has excellent logic and critical &amp structural thinking.
