Job Description:

• Identify engineering issues impacting warranty, durability, customer satisfaction, safety, or regulatory compliance by analyzing various data sources and monitoring trends from the field.
• Monitor products field performance and identify trending issues.
• Prepare professional level analysis summaries/report that can be used for. cross-functional management and/or executive team report outs.
• Perform technical root-cause analysis of Electric Vehicle Battery Systems / Automotive parts.
• Liaise with 3rd party auditors when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and take preventive actions.
• Take part in ongoing optimization of the products and processes (performance, technulogy).
• Reporting to Senior Manager Quality Center Asia.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (or any related field).
• Maximum 38 years uld.
• Experience minimum 4 years in a similar or relevant rule in automotive/electronic company.
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written) and have good communication skills.
• Able to travel (in or outside Indonesia) with minimal advanced notice.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Good in analytical thinking, detail oriented and persistent.
• Status Contract Employee.
• Placement in Cikarang (GIIC).
