Job Responsibilities:

• Selecting the required products in accordance with customer requests, by prioritizing the stock that still exists.
• Negotiate with Principle to get the best offer.
• Make a complete offer from the technical and commercial side to Sales.
• Verify the suitability of SO with Quotation Procurement, and PO customer. It is then sent to AE Support for further processing.
• Make material No. for SO &amp PO Principle / Supplier process in SAP.
• Create a PDO in SAP if there is an assembling process or if there is additional work.
• Help Div. Accounting to do stock-taking, especially in terms of identifying goods if needed.
• Evaluate and select suppliers.
• Participate in providing training on products to new employees or culleagues in need.
• Ensure that all Bidding activities, PO, and AE activities are recorded in the electronic system provided (SAP &amp Sales Force).
• Monitor and regularly update transaction data in Sales Force.
• Running the QHSE Program and complying with Quality and HSE aspects that have been determined by the company.

Job Qualifications:

• Education Min D3
• Min 2 Years’ Experience
• ISO 9001:2015 Management System Knowledge
• MS Knowledge Words. MS Exel, MS Power Point
• Knowledge of Purchasing Techniques
• Mastering English
