Job Rule:

Oversee and manage the design of the tenant and ensure that the regulations governing the main design are suitable for the tenant and are updated and implemented according to the standards. Recommend appropriate actions in public areas / functions of empty areas.

Job Description:

• Managing and reviewing the design of tenants, and coordinating technical standards and construction procedures covering architecture, civil and ME.
• Provide recommendations on public areas and ensure complete work programs in accordance with the schedule and standards.
• Handle Tenants Renovation. Inspect and monitor Tenants’ area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the management.
• Coordinate and assist Tenants in all their concern during renovation making sure that construction/renovation is completed on schedule.
• Evaluate, supervise and review the performance of subordinates (if any).

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written).
• Proficiency in computer especially Autocad, Office, Corel Draw, Adobe.
• Understanding of technical drawing and ability to do cost estimation (Bill of Quantity).
• Able to understand drawings &amp details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
• Strong customer service and client management.
• Minimum experience 1 year in related field.
