PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting Japanese Companies and they’re looking for a Logistic &amp Warehouse Staff position to be placed in Jakarta with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Job Descriptions:

• Input data and checking export import document validation bc 23, 25, 27, 20, 3
•   Submit the application of export and import to related institutions
•  Verifies all payment transactions related to import tax, vat, etc
•   Perfrom any import – export matters by interacting with inside / outside party concerned (customs, forwarder, DHL)
• Perfrom any logistics matters by interacting with inside / outside party concerned (Trucking, 3 PL, Warehouse)
•  Perform inventory contrul related to distribution and warehouse
•  Establish and maintain constructive relationships with other divisions invulved (Sales, inside – sales, finance, etc)
•  Monitoring the progress of shipment and delivery to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Warehouse, Logistic in Manufacture Japanese Company
• Minimum Diploma (Bachelor degree preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel &amp Power Point).
• Intermediate in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime and be disciplined at work.
