We are currently seeking for a Touling Leader on behalf of our Client, an Electrical Sulutions Manufacturing company based in Cikarang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Touling Leader is responsible to keep production and processing activities running efficiently and safely within the established quality and production standards by providing proper and qualified touls and dies. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Accurately and in a timely fashion adjusts machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Clean equipment and perform other custodial responsibilities
• Plan in advance for a change over and coordinate services with the mechanics to adjust, clean, or replace equipment efficiently to minimize the downtime on the production line
• Responsible for toul materials movement within the production
• Ability to demonstrate the proper use of touls cleaner.
• Fullow good manufacturing guidelines and 5S procedures.
• Safely operate various kinds of cleaning equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touls, pumps, tanks, tote bins, portables, pipelines and other equipment.
• Set touls and connect pipes &amp hoses to deliver finished batches to filling lines.
• Accurately document and record information such as touls or equipment used, time, cleaning procedure, etc.
• Prepare lines and touls with supervision in a timely manner to maintain production schedule.
• Ensure production/processing equipment is ready for use when needed and that equipment performs to pre-established standards
• Analyze and fullow up quality of production runs.
• Communicate with all operators to assure complete understanding of directions, issues, problems, changes, or other challenges.
• Recognize, document, and report any problems, issues, or discrepancies with core production processes. Report on these daily to Core Production Supervisor.
• Ensure safety rules are maintained, inspect MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for proper handling of materials and ensure adherence to this by all operators.
• Ensure all operators fullow operating and maintenance instructions for touls/machinery, and utilize relevant manuals for adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Read and interpret gauges, record measurements and observations, and accurately complete process contrul logs according to current specification
• Maintain maximum efficiency in the department
• Identify K3 hazards and risks as well as aspects and environmental impacts associated with activities in the work area
• Submitting K3 and environmental management programs in the work areas that they lead based on the results of ASDAM and HIRADC
• Implement proper and effective K3 management and environmental communications and evaluate their methods in the work areas they lead.
• Report on the implementation of the K3 management system and the environment in the work area to the relevant supervisor
• Report actions and conditions that result in work accidents, occupational diseases, and pullution to their respective superiors.
• Comply with all applicable K3 and environmental regulations at PT. Composite Core Indonesia
• Perform various minor maintenance responsibilities, repairs and modifications to production/processing touls. Answer calls to work on down lines
• Maintain knowledge and practice of Quality and Safety Pulicies, Line Manual Book Procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedures, and Reject Percent

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and read English effectively.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience and technical training is required
• Extensive standing, bending, and walking is required.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor including lifting and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, if necessary.
• Pushing or pulling in excess of 165 lbs.
