Responsibility :

• Identify and assess employee competency evaluation needs.
• Developing procedures, or test touls to assess staff capability.
• Carry out an end-to-end staff assessment processes.
• Generate individual assessment results reports.
• Capable of providing coaching and counseling to employees.
• Carry out the assessment process and generate reports.
• Communicate the assessment results to employees and their superiors.

Requirements :

• Master Degree in Psychulogy orPsychulogist (Profession),
• Have at least 3 years of experience in talent management,or assessment centers,
• Mastering coaching and counseling and psychulogical assessment methods,
• Able to carry out center assessment process
• Have good communication and analytical skills
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang
