Qualifications &amp experience

• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with local employees, management, and coordinate cross-departmental cullaboration.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese to facilitate effective communication and coordination with the Chinese team.
• Prior experience in administrative management or related fields is preferred.
• Possess outstanding organizational and problem-sulving skills.
• Preferably having education of minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.

Tasks &amp responsibilities

• Responsible for administrative management, including day-to-day operations and management of employee dormitories and cafeteria.
• Assist in handling employee work permit applications and effective Communication and coordination with local government authorities and relevant agencies for issuing visas, KITA’s and others related to WNA employment.
• Manage the security team to ensure safety and order both within and outside the factory premises.
