PT SUNWAY TREK MASINDO a subsidiary of Malaysia Listed Company, Sunway Berhad, engaged in the trading of a wide range of aftermarket heavy equipment Undercarriage Parts, Engine Parts &amp Ground Engaging Touls, Hydraulic &amp Industrial Hoses and Heavy Equipment with Eight branches &amp warehouse throughout whule Indonesia.

Tasks &amp responsibilities

• Create and manage All Important documents such as shipping notice, PIB, bill of landings, debit note, Form E, Packing List with customs and clients, ensuring accuracy of details and allowing zero room for errors
• Responsible for application, maintenance, and renewal of necessary permits (Import Permit, Accreditations, FDA certificates, etc.)
• Liaise between key external stakehulders (forwarders, customs, ports, shipping lines, government agency), internal logistics arm, and customers to provide efficient and fast services and updates.
• Update information and regulation regarding customs and shipping documents.
• Report activities, issues, and ideas for business improvement.

Qualifications &amp experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management Transport, International Trade, or any related major and must have PPJK Certification.
• Preferably have experience 2-3 years in Export &amp Import Forwarding Company.
• Understand and be able to use the EDI Application System.
• Preferably have experience or familiarity with custom systems and can communicate with Customs officers.
• Able to handle and have knowledge for export &amp import documents such as PIB, PEB, BC2.5, etc.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara and support operational field
