SENIOR PRODUCT FINANCE ANALYST – BSD

Job Function:

• Daily operations load such as generate Trade Tera payments in daily basis
• Reconciliation with business partner reports and cross department reports
• Participate in projects and new product initiatives, checking the journal flow and make sure that the journal flow proposed in the project are correct
• Cullaborate with other departments in sulving operational issues
• Ensuring prepared accounting entries are correct and provide analysis on the financial data
• Do 3WM of Accommodation Withhulding Tax Reimbursement and create transactions in Oracle
• Check and process Trade Accommodation related Jira Ticket (Hotel Manual Payment, Hotel VCC Problem, and Accom Payment Proof, other correspondence with MM)
• Process Secured Room invoices during peak season

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, finance, or accounting area
• Experience working within a general ledger system Oracle EBS is preferred
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrate ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
• Versatile, dependable, flexible team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects
