Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as food science, animal science, chemistry, or biulogy.
• Prior experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the feed or food industry.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including sample preparation, testing methods, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with quality contrul principles and practices, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Contrul Points (HACCP).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and interpret test results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to be placed in Ngoro, Mojokerto.

Responsibilities:

• Checking for raw material and finished good to ensure the quality (proximate test, mycotoxin test, and other tests) in line with scheme analysis
• Ensure allproficiency testin line with analysis method (Indonesian proficiency test,BIPEA and Lab Error).
• Produce report for all analysis
• Checking availability for all reagent needed for all measurement test
• Create workinstructions for allequipment and ensure that all equipment are in a good condition
• Verify andvalidatelaboratory testing touls and methods
• Regularly do checking and preventive maintenance for each equipment also inform theQC &ampLab Supervisor whennon-conformity are found
• Provide all data needed for other department (specific sampling, specific analysis, etc.)
• Ensure work environment always safety and clean
• Execute all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Work safely according to work procedures
• Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors.
• Perform maintenance of the machines used including safety systems &amp machine reliability according to regulations
