Job Description: PT Visitek Mitra Fortuna is seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Staff member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and procedures.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Female, maximum age 27 years
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) All Major, more specifically Business Administration
• Proficiency in English (active), both written and spoken, is a must.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
