QUALITY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Coordinate with the Certification Body to determine the certification and surveillance audit schedule
• Representing management during certification and surveillance audits (however, some auditors from certification bodies do not allow management to be represented by a management representative)
• Ensure compliance of all function according to IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 &amp Safety. Ensure that all document requires by the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) system has been created and distributed.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements (CSR)
• Prepare and revise quality management system documents (Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentation)
• Ensure compliance of all functions according to IATF 16949 &amp ISO 14001:2015 standards
• Prepare Management Review Meeting Schedule and conduct Management Review Meetings
• Created Business Process Mapping of the Organization and monitoring, ensure compliance if there is any change in the system
• Prepare Audit schedules, conduct Internal Audits, prepare audit reports, write NonConformity reports
• Responsible and invulved in every customer audit, and make countermeasure dan reporting to customer.
• Communicate with Top Management on Quality/Nonconformance issues and Audit reports
• Measuring &amp Monitoring process performance
• Carry out necessary corrective and preventive actions
• Create IATF/ Quality awareness for culleagues with internal training
• Review quality pulicy periodically
• Review and update documents for all department.
• Facilitator of QCC, Kaizen or Improvement in the process
• Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
• Handle records across various departments
• Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
• Cullect and register all technical documents such as drawings in the company’s server.

REQUIREMENT &amp SKILLS :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma business, economics, statistics, or related field
• Certified of Lead Auditor IATF 16949 by IRCA, or a certified training institution strong recommended.
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position or 4 years in the Quality Management Representative / Quality Dept Head.
• Preferably have experience in Manufacturing Automotive Industry.
• Have the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
• Able to operate a computer and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 &amp ISO 14001:2015 &amp Safety requirements
• Must be able to understand about system IATF NC CARA, and good problem sulving
• Extensive knowledge of company operations in the automotive industry and quality management systems
• Must be able to understand the latest IATF system rule changes
• Must understand IATF requirement documents, such as Core Toul (FMEA-VDA, Contrul Plan, PPAP, CSR)
• Must be able to be a Lead auditor and understand all types of standards set by cust.
• Must be able to speak English verbally and in writing
• Must be able to understand about contrul document
• English is a must (Verbal and Written)
