Responsibilties :

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished ice cream products.
• Ensure compliance with quality specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with production teams to address and resulve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in audits to demonstrate compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.

Requirements :

• Diploma, Bachelor Degree of Food Technulogy, Chemical, or equivalent
• at least 2 years experience as QA Inspector
• Knowledge of food safety standards, FSSC 22000, Halal, GMP, OPRP, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and cullaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
