JOB PURPOSE:

Contrul and optimize all aspects of the production process in shift time to achieve output and quality targets, determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes,assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and improve method process to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, sustainability and maximize profitability.

ROLES &amp RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manpower management for the production process
• Inspection and contrul of incoming raw material
• Contrul and optimize production process-related operation method
• Contrul and adjust (setting) equipment process parameter
• Maintain and protect the process and sulve the problem by making decisions and problem-handling
• Interpret data to analyze abnormal parameters of fiber optic to complete and provide suggestions to do improvement
• Delivering the training process based on SOP (Chief Operator and Operator)
• Performance appraisal
• IS0 9001:2015
• Prepares Reporting related process or problem report
• Do other tasks related to production according to the Process Engineer, Chief Process Engineer, and Production Director’s instructions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Background Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Engineering), preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Telecommunication.
• Has a minimum 1 year of experience in engineering
• Understand manufacturing process (people, machine, process management).
• Preferred to know Fiber Optic Technulogy/Manufacturing.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Table and custom function) and Access
• Capable of working well under pressure, teamwork, and relevant technical knowledge.
• Have good leadership and analytical skills.
• Competence in analytical thinking, agile decision-making, and displaying courage.
• Able to do reporting and presentation.
• Willing to work in shift
