Description :

• Ensure that all regulations applied and implemented within the company and comply with government regulations regarding labor
• Analyze, create a system and fullow up on the implementation of industrial relations, especially communication activities, foresting work discipline and termination within the company, as well as administrative matters, documentation and implementation of company regulations
• Maintain good relations with internal and external companies (community agency, government, and other related institutions), employee, companies, surrounding communities, employment agencies, and the government
• Resulve and anticipate disputes invulving management, employees or government agencies
• Assisting in resulving cases related to viulations of company regulations / PKB, supervising and providing suggestions for developments.
• Ensuring the availability of adequate, proper, appropriate, ready-to-use public facilities that are in line with the company’s capabilities (building management and building parts and assets, canteen,mushula, cleanliness and security within and around company area )

Specification :

• Bachelor degree in Law, GPA 3.00/4.00 from reputable university
• Having at least 2 years experience in the same position or minimal 5 years as Industrial Relation in manufacturing industry
• Understand government regulations related to employment for manufacturing sector
• Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
